The Compact 4x4 chains are popular for their unique compact design and easy use. Performance:
• Medium range – alpine passes/ town to town
• Regular usage through winter – fortnightly/ monthly
• Lighter than the Diamond 4x4’s making them easier to lift and install
• Limited traction on ice
Limitations:
• Limited traction in deep mud and challenging off-road conditions.
• Ice is still very dangerous, even with properly fitted chains-
use caution at all times.
